Our 100% pure raw honey, crafted by our bees in early to mid-summer in Alaska, is a robust wildflower variety. It boasts a bold, full-bodied blend of floral notes that delights the senses. Now imagine this honey infused with your favorite fruits and spices! The twist in flavor leaves your craving more.
Enjoy it drizzled over oatmeal, waffles or ice cream. Straight from the hive to the infuser to your home, our honey remains unprocessed, just enhanced. We meticulously extract nectar from various sources throughout the summer to capture their unique flavors. Typically, the darkest honey is harvested from mid-June to mid-July. As the season progresses, the honey lightens, culminating in the highly anticipated Fireweed Honey. Each batch varies in color and flavor, a testament to our hands-on extracting technique. Packaged in glass jars.
Honey Jars will arrive as pictured, with the addition of a honey seal over the lid and adorned with a specific infused label attached by ajute string.

Shipped USPS Ground Advantage, usually arriving within 5 days in-state. For out-of-state orders, we try to ship viaPriority.
Directions
Raw Honey naturally crystalizes. The speed at which this happens depends on many factors (pollen source, nectar, amount of filtration used, temperature). If your honey arrives crystalized simply place closed jar in warm/hot water. Do not get too hot as the "good" nutrition will be destroyed.
Honey does not expire as long as you keep food debris and moisture out. Store at room temperature
